Middle Data Analyst (Power BI, SQL)

·        Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve project and business objectives.

·        Gather and analyze business requirements from key users, then propose suitable solutions.

·        Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities.

·        Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and related BI tools.

·        Design, build, and maintain databases, data warehouses, and reporting systems.

·        Monitor and improve data quality, accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.

·        Prepare test cases and perform system testing to ensure solution quality.

·        Create user guides and conduct end-user training sessions.

·        Ensure proper data governance, security, and access control in accordance with company policies.

·        Support continuous improvement initiatives (data processes and reporting capabilities).

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.

Language Skills: Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

Experience:

·        Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or related role.

·        Hands-on experience with Power BI is mandatory.

·        Experience working with large-scale datasets and enterprise reporting environments.

·        Must have experience in one or more of the following domains: Finance, Banking, or Manufacturing.

Technical Skills:

·        Strong proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and report implementation.

·        Experience with SQL and data warehouse concepts.

·        Familiarity with ETL and DWH tools such as SAP BW or equivalent platforms.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.

·        Understanding of data governance, data quality, and access management principles.

·        Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate is an advantage.

·        Salary: Up to 30,000,000 VND gross/month (negotiable based on qualifications and interview performance)

·        Laptop provided, or fixed laptop allowance of VND 1,000,000/month if using a personal device

·        Onsite allowance may be provided for assignments at client sites, subject to project requirements and company policy
