Senior PHP Developer (OOP, Laravel, WordPress)

• Supervise, consult, and define technical solutions with other senior team members to solve complex problems.
• Analyze requirements, break down tasks, and provide effort estimations.
• Manage, monitor, and report project progress to the manager.
• Research, evaluate, and share new technologies and industry trends within projects and the company.
• Investigate and propose solutions for difficult and time-sensitive technical issues across various technologies and domains.
• Ensure best practices are applied throughout the software development lifecycle to improve overall quality and performance.
• Maintain proactive, professional, and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Compulsory Skills:
• At least 5 years of experience in PHP development with strong knowledge of OOP, Laravel, WordPress.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong hands-on experience with relational databases such as MySQL, MariaDB, MS SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of Design Patterns and Anti-Patterns.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as Angular, ReactJS, or VueJS.
• Experience designing and developing backend APIs using RESTful, gRPC, or GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with caching technologies such as Redis and Memcached.
• Proficient in Git and CI/CD practices.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience working with Node.js.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Unit Testing.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Experience with Webpack, BabelJS, SASS, and LESS.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, and Micro Frontend architecture.
• Experience in SQL optimization.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.

• Salary: Up to 45,000,000 VND gross/month (negotiable based on qualifications and interview performance)
