Senior Bridge System Engineer (AI)

·     Act as a bridge engineer between Japanese clients and the development team in Vietnam for projects related to AI/ML, Generative AI, Computer Vision, or NLP.

·     Participate in requirement hearing sessions and consult on suitable AI solutions for new clients.

·     Engage in business requirement analysis (BA/Requirement Analysis) — clarify requirements with clients and communicate detailed specifications to the technical team.

·     Prepare requirement documents, basic design documents (基本設計), and detailed design documents (詳細設計) when necessary.

·     Review deliverables from development/data/AI engineers and provide feedback to the client.

·     Join regular meetings with clients, present results, propose solutions, and support issue resolution.

·     Support internal training on working processes with Japanese clients and basic AI knowledge for team members.

·     Perform other tasks within the scope of work as assigned by management

·     Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunications, or other IT-related majors from universities, colleges, or programming training centers.

·     JLPT N2 or higher (N1 preferred) — able to communicate confidently in a Japanese business environment and present effectively in client meetings.

·     Strong knowledge of AI/ML, including:

o  Solid understanding of fundamental AI concepts and overall architecture of common AI solutions.

o  Familiarity with major Machine Learning algorithms (Classification, Regression, Clustering, etc.).

o  Understanding of AI Cloud platforms and Cloud deployment/infrastructure (e.g., Azure ML, Azure AI Foundry).

·     At least 2 years of hands-on experience in AI projects in any role.

·     Strong analytical and documentation skills — able to write clear and logical specifications; experience with Japanese-style documentation (要件定義書, 基本設計書, etc.).

·     Knowledge of software development processes such as Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.

·     Preferred qualifications:

o  Basic understanding of Deep Learning, CNN/RNN/Transformer.

o  Knowledge of Generative AI, LLM, and Prompt Engineering.

o  Strong Python programming skills or experience with MLOps platforms.

o  Experience working onsite in Japan or collaborating with Japanese clients.

o  Experience in building Chatbot systems using LLM + RAG/Agent architectures.

o  Familiarity with task and progress management tools such as Jira, Redmine, or Backlog.
