As a Webflow Developer / AI Specialist, your mission is to create high-performing, AI-enhanced Webflow websites that combine exceptional design with powerful functionality and automation. You'll leverage AI-driven tools and workflows to build visually stunning, responsive, and optimized websites that deliver measurable business results for our clients.

Reports To: Specialized Design QA Manager (Subject Matter Expert)
Design & Develop: Create custom, responsive Webflow sites with clean architecture, advanced interactions, and pixel-perfect execution.
Harness AI: Implement AI-powered development tools to automate workflows, enhance design capabilities, and optimize site performance.
Drive Client Success: Deliver exceptional web experiences by translating design concepts into fully-functional Webflow sites that exceed client expectations.
Maximize Performance: Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and SEO using Webflow's native capabilities and AI-enhanced tools.
Ensure Technical Excellence: Implement best practices in site structure, CMS architecture, and AI-powered content management solutions.
Collaborate & Problem-Solve: Work closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to integrate AI-driven solutions into Webflow projects.
Stay Current: Keep up with the latest Webflow advancements, AI tools, and emerging no-code/low-code technologies.
Must-Haves:
Webflow Mastery: Expertise in Webflow development, including complex interactions, animations, and CMS implementations.
AI Integration: Experience with AI-driven web development tools, automation frameworks, or machine learning-powered content optimization.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles within the Webflow environment.
CMS Architecture: Ability to design and implement complex CMS structures, dynamic content, and conditional logic in Webflow.
Performance Optimization: Hands-on experience optimizing Webflow site speed, responsive behavior, and AI-enhanced user experiences.
SEO & Accessibility: Deep understanding of SEO-friendly development, accessibility standards, and structured data implementation.
Problem-Solving Approach: Ability to analyze, experiment, and implement AI-powered solutions to improve workflows and site functionality.
Project Management: Ability to manage development timelines, collaborate cross-functionally, and meet deadlines in a remote team.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to work in a team-oriented, feedback-driven environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
API & Integrations: Experience in connecting Webflow with third-party services, APIs, and AI-driven functionalities using Zapier, Make, or custom code.
E-commerce Expertise: Advanced experience with Webflow E-commerce and AI-enhanced shopping experiences.
