Sales Express

What You’ll Do

• Search for, approach, and develop customers using international Express shipping services.

• Consult customers on Express services, including quotations, transit time, and customer service policies.

• Negotiate and sign contracts with customers while monitoring service usage.

• Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to handle shipments and customer feedback.

• Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing customers.

• Monitor sales performance and prepare business reports as required.

What We’re Looking For

• College degree or higher in Logistics, International Business, Import-Export, or related fields.

• Candidates with at least 1 year of sales experience in logistics or Express delivery are preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Good problem-solving ability and customer-handling skills.

• Able to work under pressure with a high sense of responsibility.

• Hardworking, proactive, and a good team player.
