What You’ll Do
Lead and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Develop and expand new customer accounts in the Express sector.
Train and guide team members to improve sales performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Monitor sales performance and report business results to management.
Participate directly in sales activities and market development.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, International Business, Import-Export, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in the Express or Logistics industry.
Proven experience in customer acquisition and market expansion.
Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under sales pressure.
Strong planning and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
English communication skills are an advantage.

About The Role
We are currently hiring a Sales Manager to lead and develop our Express sales team.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will not only manage the team but also actively participate in sales activities, customer development, and growth strategy execution.
You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding the market, and improving sales performance through coaching, strategic direction, and team support.
