Logitics Documentation Staff

What You’ll Do

• Receive and process bookings while coordinating related logistics services.

• Monitor and update shipment status for Sea & Air cargo.

• Prepare and handle logistics documents such as B/L, manifest, D/O, and arrival notices.

• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, agents, and related parties to ensure smooth shipment handling.

• Handle operational issues and support customers during the transportation process.

• Update customer, shipping line, and agent information in the system.

• Support pricing operations, quotations, debit notes, and payment coordination.

• Store documentation and perform other assigned tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• College or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Import-Export, International Business, Transportation, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sea & Air import-export documentation.

• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Responsible, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.

• Careful, honest, and well-organized in work management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

• Good English communication and reading skills.
